Description

Øygarden municipality has entered into framework agreements for engineering design services and project administration. 3 parallel framework agreements have been signed for engineering design services with three tenderers. A framework agreement has been signed for project administration with one tenderer. Framework agreement engineering design services shall cover Øygarden municipality ́s need for engineering design services for buildings and installations, both new buildings and renovation. The framework agreement shall also cover technical consultancy services against the municipality ́s existing buildings and roads. There will be projects in all areas, from previous phases to detailed engineering design services/descriptions for tenderers in accordance with NS8405/8406/8407. The assignments in the contract will be regulated by NS8401 or NS8402, depending on the assignment. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers.; Framework agreement project administration debt assistance for project administration related to project leases, construction management, builder housing and SHA hiring. The contractual assignments will mainly be regulated by NS8403, depending on the assignment. It is planned to enter into a framework agreement with one individual tenderer.
