Description
North Tyneside Council currently operates Pure Storage FlashArray infrastructure which is supported and maintained through an existing Evergreen Forever subscription supplied through the supplier, Proact IT UK Ltd.
The proposed procurement is required to maintain the Authority's existing Pure Storage infrastructure and comprises the continuation of Evergreen Forever support, including 24/7 support and defined replacement delivery services, together with an Ever Modern upgrade of the Authority's existing FlashArray equipment to Pure Storage FlashArray X20R5 controllers.
