Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen der Projektsteueurng für die in Abschnitt II.2.4) näher beschriebene Maßnahme "Neubau Rathaus Delbrück". Es sollen nur die Projektstufen 3 bis 5 zum "Leistungsbild Projektsteuerung", wie es in Kapitel 2 § 2 des von der AHO-Fachkommission "Projektsteuerung/Projektmanagement" erarbeiteten Buches "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft" (AHO-Schriftenreihe Nr. 9; 5. Auflage März 2020) beschrieben ist, vergeben werden, da der Baubeginn bereits vor Beauftragung des Projektsteuerers erfolgen wird.
