Description

SURF is in een vergevorderd stadium met de voorbereiding van de inkoop van Mobile Voice and Data Communication Services 2 (Mobiele spraak- en datacommunicatiediensten). De aanbestedingsstukken en- procedure zelf zullen op korte termijn plaats vinden. Op hoofdlijnen bestaat de voorgenomen Opdracht uit de levering van mobiele spraak- en datacommunicatiediensten. Daarnaast zijn aanvullende optionele diensten gewenst: Realiseren van een (gegarandeerde) indoordekking zoals vaste telefonie; Aanvullende dienst: Leveren van vaste-telefonie via een ‘eigen’ SBC; Aanvullende dienst: Vaste telefonie via een SaaS-SBC. Gunning zal plaats vinden met één Opdrachtnemer Raamovereenkomst op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Deze vooraankondiging is bedoeld om marktpartijen inzicht te geven in de te stellen eisen en contractdocumentatie. Deze documenten zijn nog aan (kleine) verandering onderhevig. De voorgenomen publicatiedatum van de aanbesteding is 17 augustus. Deze vooraankondiging geeft geïnteresseerde marktpartijen de mogelijkheid deze stukken reeds te bestuderen, vragen te verzamelen, zodat deze in de aanbesteding gesteld kunnen worden.
