Procedure Het betreft een marktconsultatie ten behoeve van de voorbereiding van een Europese aanbesteding Telefoniesoftware Gemeente Breda van een cloudapplicatie voor een Omnichannel contact center (en telefonie) oplossing voor o.a. het Klant Contact Centrum. Wij vragen u om de vragenlijst (in Word) concreet en compact te beantwoorden en vervolgens in Word- en PDF-versie te uploaden in Mercell. Om de verwerking en beoordeling van de reacties te vergemakkelijken, vragen wij u om uw antwoorden te beperken tot maximaal vijftien (15) pagina’s A4 enkelzijdig. De enige minimumvereiste is om in de beantwoording de volgorde van de vragen in bijlage 1 te volgen. Opdrachtgever De opdrachtgever is de Gemeente Breda. Voor meer informatie over de Gemeente Breda verwijzen wij u naar de website van de gemeente: www.breda.nl. Mercell Deze consultatie zal uitsluitend en geheel digitaal online worden afgehandeld via het Mercell platform (www.mercell.com).
