Description

De Provincie Zuid-Holland is voornemens om de opdracht “Implementatie van een portofoonsysteem voor de (vaar)weginspecteurs en de IC-Desk” enkelvoudig onderhands te gunnen aan Entropia. Voor nadere en gedetailleerde informatie over dit voornemen wordt verwezen naar hoofdstuk 5.1 (beschrijving) van dit document. Indien u zich tegen de voorgenomen contractering wenst te verzetten, dient u een kort geding aanhangig te maken bij de Rechtbank Den Haag binnen twintig (20) kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging, op straffe van verval van het recht om de geldigheid en/of uitvoering van deze voorgenomen overeenkomst aan te tasten. In het belang van een snelle en zorgvuldige voortgang wordt u verzocht de Provincie Zuid-Holland onverwijld op de hoogte te stellen van het instellen van een rechtsmiddel, bij voorkeur door het toezenden van een conceptdagvaarding binnen tien (10) kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging, via het volgende e-mailadres: y.el.arkoubi@pzh.nl. Het staat u vrij om eerst contact op te nemen met de Provincie Zuid-Holland alvorens u besluit kort geding aanhangig te maken bij de rechtbank.
