De opdracht betreft: De implementatie en het beheer van een schuldhulpverlening SaaS-applicatie en de levering van gebruikerslicenties. Dit is inclusief: - Een module/functionaliteit voor budgetbeheer - Controle en migratie/import van data - Opleidingen voor gebruikers/beheerders - Inrichting, testen en acceptatie - Hosting en infrastructuur - Beveiliging en privacy - Service en support - Exitstrategie Tijdens de implementatie moeten de volgende koppelingen worden gerealiseerd: - Koppeling BRP (via DDS) - Koppeling schuldenknooppunt (SKP) - Koppeling RIS vroegsignalering - Koppeling VISH - Data API - SSO via Entra ID €350.000
