Description

Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) is gestart om de huidige verkeersregelinstallaties (VRI’s) te vervangen voor intelligente verkeersregelinstallaties (iVRI’s). De reden hiervan is dat de iVRI de nieuwe standaard is en de iVRI landelijk specifieke doelgroepen faciliteert, zoals het prioriteren van nood- en hulpdiensten (waaronder weginspecteurs), logistiek en fietsers. De afgelopen jaren heeft RWS in een eerste tranche 19 VRI’s vervangen door of omgebouwd tot iVRI. De ervaringen met deze eerste iVRI’s is dat deze van toegevoegde waarde kan zijn bij het behalen van de beleidsdoelen gericht op het optimaliseren van de verkeersafwikkeling en het prioriteren van specifieke doelgroepen zoals hierboven beschreven. De opdracht betreft de levering, de implementatie en het beheer van C-ITS-applicaties (Cooperative Intelligent Transportation Systems) voor iVRI’s (intelligente verkeersregelinstallaties). Dit is een C-ITS-applicatie op basis van CCOL die lokaal wordt gehost waarin de beleidsdoelen middels het instellen van parameters, schakelaars en (tijd)instellingen worden vertaald naar de regeling. De C-ITS-applicatie uit dit perceel is Ivera-georiënteerd. Parameters kan Rijkswaterstaat via de VRI-beheercentrale (momenteel MobiMaestro) zelf grotendeels beheren. Hierdoor worden voor dit type applicatie minder verkeerskundige diensten uitgevraagd. Deze C-ITS-applicatie lijkt het meest op de in conventionele VRI’s toegepaste applicaties aangevuld met de use cases voor de iVRI. Voor dit perceel wordt maximaal één leverancier geselecteerd.
