Description

Momenteel maakt Opdrachtgever gebruik van een aantal kernapplicaties voor ERP, HRM en Finance. Deze applicaties draaien deels on-premises. De pakketten zijn met elkaar verbonden middels koppelingen, maar voldoen in vele gevallen niet aan de moderne eisen en wensen die vanuit de organisatie gesteld worden. Opdrachtgever wil standaardiseren waar mogelijk, om de nadelen die met het huidige maatwerk gepaard gaan te elimineren. Daarnaast heeft Opdrachtgever de behoefte aan integriteit en integraliteit van data. Tot slot speelt informatiebeveiliging een alsmaar groter wordende rol en wil Opdrachtgever zich kunnen blijven confirmeren aan zowel wetgeving als het ISO 27001 normenkader. De gewenste situatie betreft een cloud based, zoveel mogelijk alles-in-één systeem ten behoeve van de bedrijfsactiviteiten van Opdrachtgever. Het technisch applicatiebeheer en onderhoud hiervan ligt volledig bij Opdrachtnemer. De jaarlijkse omvang van de opdracht, exclusief de implementatiekosten, wordt geschat op € 100.000,- exclusief btw. De totale geraamde waarde van de Overeenkomst, op basis van de maximale contractduur van 11 jaar bedraagt circa € 1.100.000,- exclusief btw, exclusief indexering. Zie Bestek
