Description

De RDW voert een Europese aanbesteding uit voor de realisatie en levering van de Digitale Wegenkaart Ontheffingen (DWO). Met deze opdracht realiseert de RDW een toekomstbestendige, datagedreven oplossing ter ondersteuning van haar missie om veiligheid, duurzaamheid en rechtszekerheid voor weggebruikers en de samenleving te waarborgen. De te realiseren oplossing voorziet in: het ondersteunen van routeplanning door klanten, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met geldende beperkingen; het faciliteren van beoordeling door RDW-medewerkers op basis van actuele en betrouwbare gegevens; het ondersteunen van besluitvorming in samenwerking met wegbeheerders, gericht op verkeersveiligheid, doorstroming, bescherming van infrastructuur en een gelijk speelveld. De oplossing dient te voldoen aan alle toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving en borgt de continuïteit van de primaire processen van de RDW. De huidige digitale wegenkaart is raadpleegbaar via: https://dwo.rdw.nl/ De Opdracht/Overeenkomst omvat op hoofdlijnen: - het leveren, implementeren en in stand houden van een integrale SaaS-oplossing voor de Digitale Wegenkaart Ontheffingen (DWO), inclusief hosting, technisch beheer, onderhoud en servicelevels; - de realisatie en borging van integratie met het bestaande RDW-applicatielandschap; migratie en implementatie van de oplossing; - doorontwikkeling van de oplossing gedurende de looptijd; levering van bijbehorende dienstverlening, waaronder consultancy, trainingen en support; - deelname aan periodieke overleggen (strategisch, tactisch en operationeel).
