Het onderwerp van deze Vrijwillige transparantie is een applicatie voor de Wpg-verwerkingen in domein 1 (omvat de reguliere dagelijkse politiewerkzaamheden) die voldoet aan de eisen die de Wpg hieraan stelt en tevens aan het bijgevoegde programma van eisen. Deze aankondiging wordt gebruikt om de voorgenomen procedurekeuze vooraf bekend te maken aan de markt en om belanghebbenden in de gelegenheid te stellen eventuele bezwaren kenbaar te maken. Op basis van marktonderzoek is de gemeente van mening dat er slechts één partij op de markt is die een software-oplossing biedt dat aan de eisen van de gemeente voldoet. De gemeente is voornemens om een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor 4 jaar met driemaal de optie tot 2 jaar verlengen. Dit maakt een totaal van 10 jaar. Door onderzoek verwacht de gemeente dat de jaarlijkse kosten ongeveer € 25.000,- zijn. Dit zijn de licentiekosten van het standaardpakket inclusief implementatie- en consultancykosten. - -
