Description

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het rechtmatig contracteren van een leverancier(s) voor het leveren, implementeren, hosten, beheren, configureren en ondersteunen van een vastgoedmanagementapplicatie en een softwareoplossing voor onderwijshuisvesting. De beoogde applicatie(s) dienen de gemeente optimaal te ondersteunen bij het beheer van gemeentelijk vastgoed en onderwijshuisvesting. Perceel 1: De oplossing dient de gemeente te ondersteunen bij het integraal beheren van de gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille en de uitvoering van de daarbij behorende operationele, administratieve, financiële en beleidsmatige processen. Daarbij dient de software de volledige vastgoedbeheerprocessen te faciliteren, waaronder het beheren van objectgegevens, contracten, onderhoud, exploitatie, duurzaamheid, financiën en rapportages. Perceel 2: De oplossing moet dient de gemeente te ondersteunen bij het integraal beheren van onderwijsvoorzieningen en de samenwerking met schoolbesturen. Daarbij dient de software de volledige administratieve en beleidsmatige processen rondom onderwijshuisvesting te faciliteren, waaronder het verwerken van aanvragen, het ondersteunen van besluitvormingsprocessen, het beheren van vastgoedgegevens en het leveren van sturingsinformatie. De gemeente zoekt één opdrachtnemer voor de levering, implementatie, configuratie, beheer, onderhoud en ondersteuning van een vastgoedmanagementsysteem (VMS) ter ondersteuning van de gemeentelijke taken op het gebied van vastgoedbeheer.
