Description

De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is de behoefte aan printen, kopiëren en scannen van de aanbestedende dienst optimaal in te vullen. De aanbestedende dienst wenst dit doel te realiseren door middel van een Europese aanbesteding volgens een openbare procedure. Deze aanbesteding zal moeten leiden tot uniforme dienstverlening, prijsstelling, expiratiedatum en voorwaarden voor de aanbestedende dienst. Het doel is om voor de aanbestedende dienst één raamovereenkomst af te sluiten, voor een periode van 60 maanden met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging met driemaal 12 maanden. Type 1: zwart-wit printer minimaal 30 PPM A4: 20 Type 2: full color MFP minimaal 30 PPM A4 en A3: 35 Type 3: full color MFP minimaal 50 PPM A4 en A3: 75 Type 4: full color MFP minimaal 70 PPM A4 en A3: 10 Totaal aantal machines: 140 Totaal aantal zwart-wit afdrukken (per jaar) A4: 7.000.000 Totaal aantal full color afdrukken (per jaar) A4: 7.000.000
