Netherlands - Computer equipment and supplies - Supply of End User Devices and related services

A Dutch municipality is procuring the supply of so-called End User Devices, together with related accessories, services and warranty. The contract is structured as a framework agreement without any purchase obligation: the municipality is not obliged to buy and gives no revenue guarantee. The maximum total value of the framework agreement, including the initial term and any extension options, is capped at EUR 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The scope therefore covers hardware delivery, accessories, associated service provision and warranty arrangements for end user computing equipment. Suppliers should note that actual purchase volumes depend entirely on the municipality's future call-offs under the framework agreement, and no minimum revenue is committed in advance.
