ASG wenst middels deze EA een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met één Leverancier voor in ieder geval het ophalen en het verwerken van de volgende afvalstromen: Op reguliere (abonnement)basis: Restafval; Papier/karton; Op afroep: Vertrouwelijk papier; Plastics, metalen & Drankkartons; Bouw- en sloopafval; Gevaarlijk / Chemisch afval; Huur Afzetcontainers (t.b.v. grofvuil). Inzameling van afval op 50 locaties in Almere. 200.000 per jaar De opdracht wordt als één perceel voor alle locaties uitgevraagd. ASG is van mening dat er voldoende rekening gehouden wordt met: de samenstelling van de relevante markt en of er voldoende MKB bedrijven kans op de opdracht maken; de organisatorische gevolgen en risico’s voor ASG door de samenvoeging van de opdrachten; de mate van samenhang van de opdracht. Gezien de aard van de opdracht, de gestelde geschiktheidseisen en het gekozen model met verlengingsopties acht ASG voldoende gelegenheid te bieden voor MKB bedrijven om een inschrijving te kunnen indienen en kans te maken op de opdracht. ASG beschouwt de opdrachtnemers als belangrijke partners en streeft naar een duurzame relatie om zodoende flexibele dienstverlening te realiseren. afvalinzameling op 50 locaties. geraamde waarde is voor 5 jaar.
