Description

De overeengekomen dienstverlening omvat alle onderhoudsactiviteiten die noodzakelijk zijn om de beveiligingsinstallaties in de gewenste staat te houden. Tevens bestaat de dienstverlening uit advisering en leveren van managementinformatie ten behoeve van het beheer van de installaties. Bij de opstelling van deze overeenkomst is ervan uit gegaan dat deze in eerste instantie alleen betrekking heeft op een bepaald aantal installaties van de Opdrachtgever. Dit aantal kan in een later stadium worden gewijzigd met nieuwe assets in hetzelfde gebouw of het toevoegen van gebouwen van de Opdrachtgever aan de overeenkomst. Tevens kunnen assets van in de overeenkomst opgenomen gebouwen, uit de overeenkomst worden verwijderd.
