Description

De gemeente Ede wenst de exploitatie van deelauto's in Ede-Centrum en elektrische deelbakfietsen in de hele gemeente Ede in de markt te leggen middels concessies. Met deze concessies beoogt de gemeente een kwalitatief, toekomstbestendig en toegankelijk aanbod van deelauto’s en elektrische deelbakfietsen te realiseren, passend bij de ruimtelijke ontwikkeling van het centrumgebied en de mobiliteitsopgaven van de gemeente. In verband met de verschillende markten en de verschillende concessiegebieden voor deelauto’s en elektrische bakfietsen kiest de gemeente ervoor om deze concessies middels twee aanbestedingen uit te vragen: één voor elektrische deelbakfietsen en één voor deelauto's. Deze aanbesteding betreft de aanbesteding deelauto's. De opdracht betreft de concessie voor de exploitatie van deelauto’s binnen het werkingsgebied van het Mobiliteitsfonds, zoals weergegeven in bijlage 2. De concessie omvat in ieder geval: • de operationele beschikbaarstelling van de deelauto’s • het beheer en onderhoud van de voertuigen; • de klantenservice; • de monitoring en rapportage; • en overige werkzaamheden zoals nader uitgewerkt in het Programma van Eisen.
