De opdracht betreft de realisatie en langjarige exploitatie van een logistiek laadplein, te weten Logistiek Laadplein BT A12. De Concessiehouder dient het Laadplein te realiseren op de hoek van de Bonnetstraat/Boylestraat te Ede, vlakbij de rotonde Schutterweg (kavel 41b, kadastraal bekend als F10430 te Ede). Na de realisatiefase is de operationele basis van een laadplein voor logistieke voertuigen beschikbaar dat zich vervolgens tijdens de exploitatiefase ontwikkelt tot een volledig functioneel en operationeel laadplein met volle beschikbaarheid voor de beschreven doelgroepen. • Snelladen en langzaamladen van doorgaand elektrisch vrachtverkeer; • Langzaamladen (op lager vermogen) van elektrische vrachtwagens van de bedrijven op BT A12 en omliggende bedrijventerreinen (Kievitsmeent, Frankeneng en Heestereng); • Laadvoorziening t.b.v. stadslogistieke voertuigen (boven de 3.500 kg) i.v.m. de invoering van de ZES-zone in Ede per 2030; • (Bouw)materieel t.b.v. schoon en emissieloos bouwen Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
