Description

Binnen de Provincie Limburg ontstaan jaarlijks enkele vacatures van directie en management, in de schalen 13 tot en met 18, die niet intern of via de Interne arbeidsmarkt kunnen worden ingevuld. Tot nog toe volgt per vacature die we niet intern kunnen invullen een aanbesteding om een searchbureau in te schakelen. Om efficiency redenen is besloten tot een Europese aanbesteding voor het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met maximaal drie executive searchbureaus, ter ondersteuning van de werving en selectie procedures voor directie en managementfuncties in schaal 13 t/m 18. We onderscheiden twee percelen, perceel 1 management(directie)-functies in de schalen 15-18: en perceel 2 managementfuncties in de schalen 13-14. Voor elk perceel wenst opdrachtgever maximaal drie bureaus te contracteren. Een opdracht zal pas worden verleend op het moment dat de organisatie er zelf niet in is geslaagd de vacature in te vullen. Provincie Limburg wenst meerjarig samen te gaan werken met per perceel maximaal 3 gespecialiseerde searchbureaus op het gebied van kwalitatief (publiek) leiderschap. Het streven is een meerjarig partnerschip om niet alleen snel en effectief tot invulling van de vacature kunnen komen maar ook kwalitatief doordat deze searchbureaus de organisatie en haar cultuur beter kent (leert kennen) en daardoor beter kan inspelen. Doelgroep: 1 fte Provinciesecretaris (schaal 18) 3 fte Directeuren (schaal 17) 6 fte Clustermanager (schaal 15-16) 4 fte Programmamanager (schaal 15- 16) De maximale afnamehoeveelheid (=maximale hoeveelheid af te nemen prestaties) gedurende de gehele mogelijke looptijd van de raamovereenkomst (inclusief eventuele verlengingen) bedraagt: twee searchopdrachten. Deze maximale afnamehoeveelheid is gebaseerd op de reële verwachte afnamehoeveelheid vermeerderd met een onzekerheidsmarge. Het maximale afnamebedrag gedurende de gehele mogelijke looptijd van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt: 108.000 euro exclusief BTW. Dit maximale afnamebedrag is gebaseerd op het reële verwachte afnamebedrag vermeerderd met een onzekerheidsmarge. Aan deze verwachte afnamehoeveelheid kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
