De aanbesteding betreft en beperkt zich tot:  het bezorgen van post en pakketten die geen o spoedeisend karakter en/of o speciale behandeling vereisen die voortvloeit uit de eigenschappen van het post- of pakketzending zoals rechtstreeks vervoer van zender naar ontvanger,  mailingen en huis-aan-huisbezorgingen die geen spoedeisend karakter hebben.  Eventuele retour-postzendingen die voortvloeien uit bovengenoemde bezorgingen.
