Description

Doelstelling van deze openbare Europese aanbesteding is om in 1 perceel één geschikte leverancier te verkrijgen voor het leveren en onderhouden van zo duurzaam en circulair mogelijk kantoormeubilair. Met kantoormeubilair wordt bedoeld: het standaardmeubilair zoals uitgevraagd in bijlage 10 en op formulier C, het prijzenblad. Aanbestedende dienst wenst dit doel te realiseren door middel van een Europese aanbesteding volgens een openbare procedure, waar de ‘inschrijving met de beste kwaliteitsverhouding’ het uitgangspunt is. De raming van de opdracht bedraagt totaal circa € 500.000,00. Dit is exclusief 21% BTW. Gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst kan er voor maximaal € 200.000,00 exclusief BTW aan bijbestellingen geplaatst worden. De omvang van levering is gebaseerd op de bulklevering in het eerste kwartaal van 2027. Na-leveringen zijn hier niet in meegenomen.
