Opdrachtgever organiseert en faciliteert jaarlijks diverse evenementen van uiteenlopende omvang en aard op verschillende locaties binnen de gemeente. De opdracht heeft derhalve betrekking op evenementen die gemeentebreed plaatsvinden. De grootste en meest omvangrijke inzet van evenementmaterialen vindt plaats tijdens de carnavalsperiode, maar de raamovereenkomst is tevens van toepassing op overige evenementen die door de opdrachtgever worden georganiseerd of gefaciliteerd. Meer informatie vind u in de leidraad. De omvang van de opdracht is gebaseerd op historische afnamegegevens en de huidige verwachtingen ten aanzien van toekomstige evenementen binnen de gemeente. De historische opdrachtwaarde bedraagt circa € 300.000 exclusief btw over een periode van vier jaar. Opdrachtgever verwacht dat de omvang van de toekomstige afname gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst in lijn zal liggen met deze historische opdrachtwaarde. Aan de genoemde omvang en eventuele opgenomen ramingen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
