Description

De opdracht betreft het op schoolniveau leveren, monteren, inhuizen en gebruiksklaar opleveren van meubilair en het leveren van nazorg waaronder garantievervanging van meubilair, inclusief de eventuele inname en recycling, upcycling, of hergebruiken van het oude meubilair. De scope betreft meubilair ten behoeve van de inrichting van ruimtes binnen de school en het in voorkomende gevallen uitwerken van inrichtingsadviezen. Wanneer de kinderopvang en/of BSO in het gebouw gehuisvest zijn, zoals bijvoorbeeld bij een kindcentrum, dan mag de kinderopvang tevens gebruik maken van de afgesloten raamovereenkomst, dit om een uniforme uitstraling binnen het gebouw te realiseren. Denk aan meubilair ten behoeve van: • Inrichting kleuter- en leslokalen (leerlingensets, docentenmeubilair, instructietafel en stoelen, krukken, kasten, etc.); • Leerpleinen (stoelen, tafels, banken, etc.); • Kantoorruimtes (bureau, bureaustoelen, vergadertafels, vergaderstoelen); • Kantine; • Personeelskamer. Geraamde waarde (zie hoofdstuk 2.4 Beschrijvend document): Perceel 1: € 4.750.000,- Perceel 2: € 10.725.000,- Perceel 3: € 7.750.000,- Eén raamovereenkomst ‘Standaard meubilair Primair Onderwijs’ Bestaande uit leerlingsetjes, bureaus, bureaustoelen, vergadersets kantoor/directiekamer, ladenblokken, kasten. De omvang van de raamovereenkomst heeft betrekking op het standaard meubilair van die scholen primair onderwijs van Lucas Onderwijs die dit de komende zes jaar gaan aanbesteden.; Eén raamovereenkomst ‘Standaard meubilair Voortgezet Onderwijs’ Bestaande uit leerlingsets, bureaus, bureaustoelen, vergadersets kantoor/directiekamer, ladenblokken, kasten.
