Description

Met de aanbesteding Sociale Basis beoogt de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek een partner te selecteren die, in nauwe samenwerking met inwoners, maatschappelijke organisaties en de gemeente, bijdraagt aan het versterken van een inclusieve en veerkrachtige sociale basis. De opdracht richt zich op het realiseren van maatschappelijke effecten op het gebied van bestaanszekerheid, gelijke kansen en gezond samenleven. De gemeente zoekt een samenwerkingspartner die vanuit deze doelen werkt, ruimte biedt aan initiatieven uit de samenleving en bijdraagt aan een toekomstbestendige inrichting van de lokale sociale basis. Deze aanbesteding is gericht op het selecteren van een partner waarmee gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst in dialoog wordt samengewerkt. Opdrachtnemer krijgt de beschikking over een vastgesteld jaarbedrag. Dat jaarbedrag en de onderbouwing daarvan is opgenomen in paragraaf 1.6 van de Inschrijvingsleidraad.
