Ingeval van WGA eigenrisicodragerschap is de werkgever rechtstreeks verantwoordelijk voor de financiering van de aan de werkgever toe te rekenen WGA uitkeringen (tot maximaal 10 jaar na toekenning). Tevens gaat de re-integratieplicht na toekenning van een WGA uitkering over van UWV naar werkgever. Ter afdekking van de risico’s bij WGA eigenrisicodragerschap wenst Opdrachtgever een WGA Eigenrisicodrager Verzekering af te sluiten. Het betreft hier een private verzekering t.b.v. financiering van de aan de werkgever toe te rekenen WGA Vast en WGA flex uitkeringen. Opdrachtgever heeft op peildatum 1 september 2026 in totaal 362 werknemers in dienst. De verwachte WIA loonsom in 2026 bedraagt circa € 20,5 miljoen. Voor de inschatting van het risico en het vaststellen van de condities stelt de Aanbestedende dienst een beveiligd Excel document ter beschikking met geanonimiseerde personeelsgegevens, opgave zieke medewerkers en WIA instroom. Dit Excel bestand kan opgevraagd worden bij de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek door een verzoek hiertoe in te dienen op het e-mailadres aanbesteding@oude-ijsselstreek.nl . Dit Excel bestand wordt alleen verstrekt aan belangstellenden met een vergunning van de AFM voor het uitvoeren van het verzekeringsbedrijf conform de Wet Financieel Toezicht (of daarmee vergelijkbare wet- en regelgeving in het buitenland) en die een WGA eigenrisicodrager verzekering in het productassortiment voeren.
