Het Ministerie van Defensie, voor deze het Commando Materieel en IT (COMMIT), Defensie Brand- en Bedrijfsstoffenbedrijf (DBBB), nodigt geïnteresseerde partijen graag uit voor haar marktconsultatie omtrent het leveren van diverse technische tapes. Huidig uitgangspunt is om het gehele assortiment technische tapes, zoals weergegeven in Bijlage 1. Artikellijst technische tapes, onder te brengen in één Raamovereenkomst bij één leverancier. Het DBBB heeft de behoefte om meer inzicht te krijgen in de markt, de mate van interesse en de mogelijkheden in de markt. Geïnteresseerde partijen worden van harte uitgenodigd voor deelname aan deze schriftelijke marktconsultatie. Wij vragen u om uiterlijk 07 november 2025, 14.00 uur een schriftelijke reactie te sturen op de vragen. Dit doet u door uw ingevulde antwoordformulier (bijlage 2) toe te sturen via de uploadknop bij vraag 1.1.2 of indien dit niet werkt, deze toe te sturen via de berichtenservice van het online aanbestedingsplatform Mercell Source to Contract (in dit specifieke dossier). Het is niet de bedoeling dat u als geïnteresseerde partij op dit moment al een gedetailleerde aanbieding maakt. Het DBBB heeft deze marktconsultatie met grote zorg samengesteld. Mocht u vragen hebben, stel deze dan voor 24 oktober 2025, 16.00 uur via de vraag&antwoord module van Mercell Source to Contract.
