Description

Binnen de Rijkslaboratoria is een doorlopende behoefte aan een portfolio aan laboratoriumgassen (zoals o.a. waterstof, helium, stikstof). Gassen worden bijvoorbeeld gebruikt als drager bij analyses, als referentie bij analyses, en als koeling. De gewenste kwaliteit van gassen hangt veelal samen met de vereisten van analyse apparatuur. Een portfolio gassen kan bestaan uit diverse soorten gassen in diverse kwaliteiten en diverse verpakkingsvormen, zoals cilinders (zowel huur- als eigen cilinders), dewarvaten en bulk. Naast de levering van gassen heeft een aantal deelnemende diensten behoefte aan dienstverlening zoals aansluiten en wisselen van cilinders en geautomatiseerde of handmatige voorraadcontrole. Ook is bij een aantal deelnemende diensten behoefte aan het op regelmatige basis (bij)vullen van dewarvaten met vloeibare stikstof (cryo service). De huidige overeenkomst komt voort uit een Europese aanbestedingen uit 2021. De overeenkomst met de huidige leverancier loopt af . Er wordt voorzien dat de Rijkslaboratoria in de komende jaren nog steeds behoefte hebben aan gassen. De volgende Rijkslaboratoria nemen deel aan dit inkooptraject: Douanelaboratorium; Ministerie van Defensie; Nederlands Forensisch Instituut (NFI); Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA); Rijkswaterstaat (RWS).
