Description

Met deze aanbesteding wordt voorzien in het formaliseren van de inkoop en het borgen van de continuïteit van de levering van cilindergassen. Daarnaast biedt de aanbesteding de mogelijkheid om de dienstverlening op een transparante, doelmatige en toekomstbestendige wijze in te richten. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is te komen tot een Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer. Deze Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver die de economisch meest voordelige Inschrijving, zijnde de Inschrijving met de laagste prijs heeft uitgebracht. De gevraagde prestatie in sterke mate is gestandaardiseerd in de markt, grote verschillen in kwaliteit niet zijn te verwachten en de inhoud en omvang van de Opdracht eenduidig zijn vastgelegd. Door middel van deze aanbesteding wenst Vitens: Doelstelling van de afdelingen CWI, N&L en W&Z is te komen tot een raamovereenkomst inzake Cilindergassen volgens de aanbestedingsrichtlijnen, waarbij rechtmatigheid en doelmatigheid voorop staan.
