Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe Dutch public broadcaster NPO is procuring a Customer Engagement Platform as an IT service. The organisation aims to achieve sustainable audience growth by going beyond simply reaching a large audience. It wants to increase user retention, strengthen engagement and optimise media spending so that every interaction contributes to long-term relationships with users. This requires a robust Martech infrastructure that centralises, activates and leverages first-party data to generate measurable business impact. The platform sought must integrate with NPO's existing data infrastructure and enable advanced segmentation and activation of audiences. The scope covers consultancy, software development, internet and support services related to this platform.
