De gemeente Leiden heeft behoefte aan een dienstverlener die op een laagdrempelige en digitale wijze preventief bijdraagt aan het mentale, sociale en fysieke welzijn van haar medewerkers. De aard van de dienstverlening dient divers en geïntegreerd te zijn: van zelfhulp en digitale tools tot 1-op-1 begeleiding door psychologen en leefstijl artsen, groepssessies en masterclasses - alles toegankelijk via één platform en één aanmeldpunt voor de medewerker. Op basis van de kenmerken zoals opgenomen in de bijlage is de gemeente Leiden voornemens de opdracht tot het leveren van deze diensten te gunnen aan OpenUp. ● Initiële periode (17 maanden, t/m 31 december 2027): totaal €148.750 ● Eerste optionele verlenging (2028): totaal €109.200 ● Tweede optionele verlenging (2029): totaal €113.568
