Description

Het doel van de opdracht is het aanbesteden van een applicatie (met bijhorende diensten): - de applicatie dient als digitaal kanaal voor de inwoners om een urgentie aan te vragen en indien mogelijk bezwaar in te dienen; - de applicatie dient te voorzien van de aanvraag, alle bijbehorende documenten, identificatie van de aanvrager en betaling van de legeskosten; - de applicatie dient gekoppeld te kunnen worden aan het woonruimteverdeelsysteem (op dit moment is dat Huren in Holland Rijnland); - de applicatie dient documenten te kunnen archiveren; - de applicatie dient de termijnen van de aanvraag te monitoren; - de applicatie dient de aanvrager inzicht te geven wat de status is van de aanvraag en de mogelijkheid om te kunnen communiceren met de behandelaar en andersom; - de leverancier dient de applicatie te onderhouden, beheren en verdere ontwikkeling mogelijk te houden De opdracht dient na aanbesteding direct te starten. 1 Op dit moment worden urgentie aanvragen opgestart met behulp van de 13 woningcorporaties. Zij voeren gesprekken met potentiële aanvragers en dragen zorg voor de betaling van de legeskosten en het aanleveren van de complete fysiek dossiers aan het urgentie secretariaat binnen de Regio Holland Rijnland ter behandeling. Per 1 januari 2026 is de Wmebv is ingetreden, Regio Holland Rijnland wil voldoen aan deze wetgeving door het volledige proces te digitaliseren
