Description

Stichting Lucas Onderwijs beoogt in 2029 een vernieuwde huisvesting in gebruik te nemen voor de Carolus. Beoogd wordt om de Carolus en kinderopvang 2Samen te huisvesten en samen te laten werken in één gebouw. Uitgangspunt is een vernieuwbouw van de bestaande gebouwen aan het Westeinde 103 te Den Haag waarbij de karakteristieke kenmerken zoveel mogelijk behouden blijven. De gebouwen worden aangepast zodat deze aansluiten bij de ambities en onderwijsvisie van het kindcentrum en bij de thans geldende comforteisen volgens Frisse Scholen en de duurzaamheidseis BENG. De aan te besteden opdracht betreft een integrale ontwerpopdracht (‘total engineering’) ten behoeve van de vernieuwbouw.De werkzaamheden omvatten het architectonische, constructieve en installatietechnische ontwerp, inclusief de benodigde bouwfysische en duurzaamheidsadviezen en uitwerkingen. Zie voor meer informatie de selectieleidraad en bijlagen. Het totale programma omvat ca. 2.815 m2 bvo (excl. buitenruimte). Dit is onderverdeeld in ca. 2.700 m2 bvo voor 17 groepen, 2 speellokalen en 1 gymzaal voor de Carolusschool alsmede ca. 115 m2 bvo voor 2Samen. Het ontwerp zal in fases worden uitgevoerd (gefaseerde opdrachtverlening voor haalbaarheidsstudie/schetsontwerp, voorlopig ontwerp, definitief ontwerp en technisch ontwerp/bestek). Ook de fases met betrekking tot het uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp, realisatie en nazorg kunnen tot de opdracht behoren. Zie voor meer informatie de selectieleidraad en bijlagen. Er is maar 1 perceel.
