Description

Het huidige schoolgebouw van de Liduina School aan de Amalia van Solmsstraat 155, 155k en 157 in Den Haag is technisch en functioneel verouderd. Daarom is Stichting Lucas Onderwijs voornemens de bestaande huisvesting voor de basisschool te ‘vernieuwbouwen’. Beoogd wordt om de Liduina en kinderopvang 2Samen te huisvesten en samen te laten werken in één gebouw. Het oudste deel van het hoofgebouw op nr. 157 dateert uit 1920. Daarna is er veel aangebouwd. De 2 meest recente aanbouwen (nr. 155: een gymzaal en nr. 155k: een aanbouw van 2Samen) worden gesloopt en er komt een 4 laagse uitbreiding die aansluit op het bestaande gebouw. Het gebouw op nr. 155, een voormalig schoolgebouwtje van HSV, wordt gesloopt en er komt een nieuwe gymzaal voor de Liduina. Het hoofdgebouw wordt verduurzaamd. En omdat de houten palen verrot zijn wordt ook de fundering vervangen en hersteld en word op de begane grond een renovatievloer toegepast. Ook worden batterijen geplaatst. Zie de selectieleidraad. Het totale programma omvat ca. 4.000 m2 bvo. Ongeveer de helft van deze oppervlakte omvat de verbouw van de bestaande bebouwing en de andere helft betreft nieuwbouw van de uitbreiding en de gymzaal.
