De opdracht omvat de volgende werkzaamheden: Het volledige proces van zoeken, boeken, betalen, rapporteren en factureren van extern vergaderen en verblijven binnen Nederland; Het maandelijks achteraf aan aanbestedende dienst factureren van de boekingen middels één verzamelfactuur per teamcode (afdelingsnummer) inclusief specificatie; Het periodiek aanleveren van managementinformatie; Het adviseren en implementeren van (nieuwe) werkwijzen rond het boeken van hotel-, en vergaderaccommodaties; De inkoop van (de organisatie van) evenementen, beurzen en congressen (over het algemeen bijeenkomsten voor meer dan 50 personen): bij de inkoop van externe vergader- en verblijffaciliteiten staat de locatie centraal, terwijl bij evenementen vaak ook een belangrijke rol is weggelegd voor marketing, organisatie en communicatie. Voor deze categorie behoudt opdrachtgever zich het recht voor om bij meerdere partijen een offerte op te vragen; Het boeken van hotelovernachtingen in verband met reistijd van de deelnemers; De administratieve en financiële afhandeling.
