Description

KIK-V is het programma waarbinnen informatie-vragende partijen ActiZ, Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd (IGJ), Ministerie van VWS, Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa), Patiëntenfederatie Nederland, Zorginstituut Nederland (ZIN) en Zorgkantoren en Zorgverzekeraars Nederland (ZN) samen met zorgaanbieders werken aan het beter afstemmen en uitwisselen van gegevens. Binnen het team implementatie begeleiden we, samen met onze implementatiepartner, zorgaanbieders in de verpleeghuiszorg bij de implementatie van de KIK-V werkwijze. We combineren inhoudelijke kennis met pragmatiek: we lossen knelpunten snel op, signaleren verbeterkansen en bouwen samen aan een soepele, schaalbare landelijke implementatie. Daarnaast werven en enthousiasmeren we nieuwe zorgaanbieders en zorgen we voor duidelijke communicatie en goede ondersteuning gedurende het hele traject. Zorginstituut Nederland zoekt een implementatieadviseur voor de periode van 25 mei 2026 tot en met 31 december 2027 voor gemiddeld 32 uren per week. Als implementatieadviseur binnen het programma KIK-V begeleid je verpleegzorgorganisaties bij het realiseren van gestandaardiseerde digitale gegevensuitwisseling voor o.a. bedrijfsvoerings- en verantwoordingsinformatie. Je ondersteunt zorgorganisaties bij het aansluiten op KIK-V-afspraken en -standaarden, zodat zij kwaliteitsgegevens efficiënter en eenduidig kunnen registreren en hergebruiken. Je hebt daarbij regelmatig contact met zorgaanbieders, softwareleveranciers en implementatiepartners. Je signaleert knelpunten in de uitvoering, vertaalt deze naar verbeteracties binnen het programma en draagt actief bij aan het verder opschalen van KIK-V binnen de verpleeghuiszorg. Je fungeert als schakel tussen beleid, ICT en zorgpraktijk.
