Summary

Machine-generated summary

Stichting KGCN / Radboud Universitair Medisch Centrum (Radboudumc) awarded a contract for additional sequencing capacity for genetic diagnostics. The contract covered the supply of consumables, software licences and technical support needed for diagnostic genetic sequencing workflows. The buyer faced structural growth in demand for genetic diagnostics, particularly whole genome sequencing, while transitioning towards a future infrastructure based on long-read whole genome sequencing. The contract served as a temporary capacity expansion to guarantee continuity of patient diagnostics during this transition period. It was awarded on 2026-09-29 for a duration of 36 months. The contract ends and comes back to market on 2029-10-26.
