Melding van onderhandeling zonder bekendmaking inzake de aanschaf van een extra Illumina NovaSeq X-Plus DNA sequencer. Het systeem moet dienen als back-up voor de reeds aanwezige systemen van hetzelfde type. Het backup instrument moet dezelfde DNA libraries kunnen sequencen met dezelfde output specificaties. Daarom zijn alleen instrumenten uit de NovaSeq X-serie geschikt. Het instrument moet geleverd worden inclusief randapparatuur en software. GenomeScan zal voor de sequencer een onderhoudscontract voor 4 jaar afsluiten. Één volledig systeem, inclusief onderhoud Het laboratorium maakt voor de next-gen sequencing o.a. gebruik van Illumina NovaSeq X-Plus systemen. I.v.m. leveringsverplichtingen t.o.v. de opdrachtgevers is een backup instrument onontbeerlijk. Het backup instrument moet dezelfde DNA libraries kunnen sequencen met dezelfde output specificaties. Daarom zijn alleen instrumenten uit de NovaSeq X-serie geschikt. Het instrument moet geleverd worden inclusief randapparatuur en software. GenomeScan zal met dit instrument ca. 500 Tb basensequentie per jaar kunnen sequencen. Het onderhoud is onderdeel van de overeenkomst. GenomeScan zal voor de sequencer een onderhoudscontract voor 4 jaar afsluiten. (Één volledig systeem, inclusief onderhoud gedurende 48 maanden)
