Het onderwerp van de aanbesteding bestaat uit het leveren van End User Devices (EUD) en aan de EUD gerelateerde diensten, het gaat hierbij om de gevraagde hardware inclusief de uitlevering en support. De Opdrachtgever maximeert de totale omvang van deze Raamovereenkomst (initiële looptijd van 2 jaar incl. verlengingsopties van 2x1 jaar) op € 12.500.000,- excl. BTW. Deze omvang is gebaseerd op eenmalige vervanging van bestaande apparatuur tijdens de looptijd en van de behoefte van projecten, op basis van ca 5.000 gebruikers en ca 2.500 kantoor werkplek voorzieningen.
