Description

Voor het Masterplan Westraven wordt, op basis van een UAV-bestek, het Rijkskantoor, in gebruik door Rijkswaterstaat, inpanding in fases gerenoveerd. Kern van opgave is het integraal herinrichten en optimaliseren van de werkomgeving. Zowel de logistiek, de werkplekmix als de ruimtelijke indeling. Hierbij worden de ondersteunende voorzieningen zoals de restauratieve voorzieningen, vergader-, presentatie- en ontmoetingsruimtes zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief toereikend gemaakt. Deze Europese niet-openbare procedure is een heraanbesteding. In oktober 2025 is deze projectopdracht reeds via een concurrentiegerichte dialoog gepubliceerd via TenderNed (zie kenmerk 546767) en in juni 2026 teruggetrokken. Om inzage te krijgen in de (concept)contractdocumenten met bijbehorende stukken is het mogelijk om de stukken bij de afgesloten aanbesteding te raadplegen via TenderNed door te zoeken op kenmerk “546767” of te zoeken op “15118 | Realisatie Masterplan Rijkswaterstaat Westraven te Utrecht”. De opdracht bestaat uit de gefaseerde realisatie en coördinatie van het gehele werk in hoofdaanneming. Overzicht algemene kenmerken Oppervlakte: - huidig: circa 53.700 m2 bvo - na opdracht: circa 55.000 m2 bvo Indeling: - hoogbouw 23 verdiepingen (excl. kelder en dakopbouw) - laagbouw: 5 vleugels met elk 4 verdiepingen (excl. dakopbouw) Disciplines: bouwkosten, interieurbouw, (werktuig)bouwkunde, bouwfysica, circulariteit, binnentuinlandschap, duurzaamheid, beveiliging, brandveiligheid, constructie, installatietechniek (elektra en ICT), kwaliteitsborging, system engineering, veiligheid & gezondheid, klimaattechniek. Bijzonderheid: gedurende de werkzaamheden valt het onderhoud van de operationele delen van het Westraven complex onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de gecontracteerde onderhoudsaannemers. Gedurende de realisatie is afstemming noodzakelijk voor o.a. tijdelijke situaties, (deel)ingebruiknames en (impact van) ingrijpende werkzaamheden. Er wordt een richtprijs gehanteerd die is gebaseerd op een zorgvuldig voorafgaand aan de aanbesteding opgestelde raming met inbegrip van marktprijzen. Deze richtprijs wordt aan de geselecteerde gegadigden meegedeeld tijdens de inschrijffase. De opdracht bestaat uit de gefaseerde realisatie en coördinatie van het gehele werk in hoofdaanneming.
