Jedná se o nákup ND na opravu člunu ZODIAC (Specializované chemické výrobky - tužidlo, lepidlo, pryžová krytina na podlahu). Podáním nabídky firma souhlasí s obchodními podmínkami uvedenými v návrhu smlouvy. Vítězná firma musí mít na daňovém portálu ministerstva financí zveřejněný platný bankovní účet, na který bude prováděna bezhotovostní platba. Stížnost z důvodu nesouhlasu se zadávacími podmínkami nebo postupem pří vyhodnocování veřejných zakázek musí být doručena do 3 pracovních dnů, které se počítají od dne vyhlášení veřejné zakázky, a do 3 pracovních dnů, které se počítají od dne zveřejnění vyhodnocení veřejné zakázky. Zadávající si vyhrazuje právo změnit zadávací podmínky v rámci lhůty pro podání nabídek, zrušit zadávací postup až do okamžiku uzavření smlouvy nevrátit účastníkům podané nabídky, obdržené v rámci zadávacího postupu a neposkytnout náhrady nákladů, které dodavatel nebo dodavatelé vynaložili na účast v zadávacím postupu. Nabídky budou hodnoceny na základě uchazečem nabízené ceny za splnění kompletní dodávky při dodržení požadavků výběrového řízení. ŘÁDNĚ PŘEKONTROLUJTE SPRÁVNOST VÝPOČTŮ A IDENTICKOU HODNOTU nabídky, tabulky a návrhu smlouvy. Jste-li zaměstnavatelem zaměstnávajícím vice jak 50% osob se zdravotním postižením a máte oprávnění poskytovat náhradní plnění, prosíme Vás o rezervaci tohoto plnění. Pokud budou u prodávajícího zdanitelného plnění shledány důvody k naplnění institutu ručení za daň podle § 109 zákona č. 235/2004 Sb., o dani z přidané hodnoty, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, bude Ministerstvo obrany při zasílání úplaty vždy postupovat zvláštním způsobem zajištění daně podle § 109a tohoto zákona. Smluvní strany berou na vědomí a souhlasí, že takovém případě bude platba prodávajícímu za předmět smlouvy snížena o daň z přidané hodnoty, která bude odvedena Ministerstvem obrany na účet správce daně místně příslušného prodávajícího. Prodávající obdrží úhradu za předmět smlouvy ve výši částky odpovídající základu daně a nebude nárokovat úhradu ve výši částky odpovídající základu daně a nebude nárokovat úhradu ve výši daně z přidané hodnoty odvedené na účet jemu místně příslušnému správci daně.
