Předmětem veřejné zakázky je nákup kovových závaží pro řádné zajištění kovových podpěr, které jsou propojené konopným lanem k zamezení vstupu návštěvníků na sbírkové předměty v Leteckém muzeu Kbely (dále jen „zboží“) dle „Specifikace požadovaného zboží“ uvedené v příloze č. 1 návrhu Kupní smlouvy, která je přílohou této výzvy a jeho dodání kupujícímu do místa plnění dle čl. V odst. 5.3 návrhu Kupní smlouvy. Kupující požaduje záruku na jakost zboží v délce 24 měsíců. Kupní cena zboží včetně DPH, a včetně dodání zboží do místa plnění. K této nabídce podávané v rámci VZMR musí být připojeny a vyplněny přílohy „Návrh Kupní smlouvy“ včetně přílohy „Závazná cenová nabídka“. Faktura - daňový doklad bude uhrazen do 30 dnů ode dne jeho doručení. Zadavatel je oprávněn před uplynutím lhůty splatnosti vrátit bez zaplacení fakturu - daňový doklad, který neobsahuje některou náležitost nebo má jiné závady v obsahu a ve vrácené faktuře - daňovém dokladu je musí vyznačit. Poskytovatel je povinen fakturu - daňový doklad opravit nebo nově vyhotovit. Vrácením faktury - daňového dokladu přestává běžet původní lhůta splatnosti a běží znovu od počátku ode dne jeho opětovného doručení Zadavateli. Zadavatel neposkytuje zálohové platby. Kontrola úplnosti zboží bude provedena na místě plnění při převzetí zboží. Nabízená cena je cenou konečnou a zahrnuje veškeré náklady poskytovatele a je neměnná po celou dobu trvání smluvního vztahu. Zadavatel bude hodnotit pouze nabídku dodavatelů, které splňují požadavky uvedené v souboru „Specifikace požadovaného zboží“ a požadavky na kvalifikaci uvedené v článku 3.1 této zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel zvolil kritériem hodnocení nejnižší nabídkovou cenu. Nabídková cena s DPH je cenou konečnou a rozhodnou pro hodnocení nabídek a dodavatel je jí vázán po celou dobu plnění. V případě podání nabídkové ceny od neplátce DPH je jeho nabídková cena bez DPH cenou konečnou, tj. neupravuje se (nedopočítává se). Návrh smlouvy je součástí zadávací dokumentace. Tento návrh musí dodavatel doplnit, podepsat oprávněnou osobou a vrátit zpět jako přílohu. Jednotkové ceny vyplňte v příloze č. 2 návrhu kupní smlouvy „Závazná cenová nabídka“. Do těchto cen zahrňte veškeré náklady spojené s plněním zakázky. Přihlášením se do výběrového řízení uchazeč souhlasí s obchodními podmínkami v návrhu smlouvy a Všeobecnými obchodními podmínkami Ministerstva obrany verze platné k datu zveřejnění výzvy k podání nabídky. Návrh smlouvy je součástí zadávací dokumentace. Tento návrh smlouvy účastník vyplní, podepíše a vrátí zpět jako přílohu své nabídky. V případě, že návrh smlouvy bude podepsán jinou osobou než statutárním orgánem účastníka, musí být součástí nabídky písemné zmocnění k tomuto úkonu podepsané statutárním orgánem účastníka. Součástí zadávací dokumentace je příloha č. 2 návrhu kupní smlouvy „Závazná cenová nabídka“, Všechny položky musí být oceněny nenulovou položkou. Tato příloha je povinná. Nabídky, které nebudou obsahovat požadované přílohy, budou automaticky z výběrového řízení vyloučeny! Při zadání části nebo celé veřejné zakázky poddodavateli je účastník povinen uvést jako přílohu identifikační údaje tohoto poddodavatele včetně jeho požadovaných příslušných oprávnění a písemného závazku mezi účastníkem o veřejnou zakázku a poddodavatelem v požadovaném rozsahu veřejné zakázky nebo čestné prohlášení účastníka, že v případě vítězné nabídky uzavře s poddodavatelem písemný závazek (např. smlouvu) a jeho kopii zašle zadavateli před uzavřením smlouvy mezi zadavatelem a účastníkem. V případě nedoložení výše uvedených dokumentů bude nabídka účastníka z hodnocení vyřazena. Zadavatel si vymezuje právo určit vítěze v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami a po vyhodnocení rizik spojených s plněním smluvního vztahu. Dále si zadavatel vymezuje právo změnit zadávací podmínky v rámci lhůty pro podání nabídek a zrušit zadávací postup bez uvedení důvodů až do uzavření smluvního vztahu.
