Рівень pH, токсикологічгі та мікробіологічні показники повинні відповідати санітарним нормам України. Термін придатності Товару на момент його поставки на склад Замовника повинен становити не менше 80% від загального терміну придатності (зберігання), встановленого виробником для такого виду Товару. Товар є новим та таким, що не був в експлуатації чи не був відновленим, а також не піддавався додатковим діям, що не передбачені технологічними процесами виготовлення, належить йому на праві власності та не перебуває під забороною відчуження чи арештом, не є предметом застави та іншим засобом забезпечення виконання зобов’язань перед будь-якими фізичними та/або юридичними особами, державними органами і державою, а також не є предметом будь-якого іншого обтяження чи обмеження, передбаченого чинним законодавством України. Ціна Товару включає в себе вартість тари та упаковки Товару, всі обов’язкові платежі, що сплачуються Постачальником, вартість доставки Товару до місця поставки, вартість страхування, навантаження, розвантаження та всі інші витрати Постачальника, пов’язані з виконанням Договору.
