Mikalo Oy Rautakauppatarvikkeet Rautakauppatarvikkeiden, rakennusmateriaalien ja pientarvikkeiden hankinta Mikalo Oy:n kiinteistöhuollon ja asuntokunnostusten tarpeisiin. Hankinta toteutetaan puitejärjestelynä yhden (1) toimittajan kanssa sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2027-31.12.2028. Valittava toimittaja toimii tilaajan ensisijaisena rautakauppatarvikkeiden noutopisteenä Mikkelissä. Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat muun muassa ovet, listat, puutavara, maalit, tasoitteet, vedeneristeet, kiinnikkeet, käsityökalut sekä suojaimet. Sähkö- ja LVI-tarvikkeet kuuluvat sopimuksen piiriin täydentävästi myymälä- ja huoltokäyntien yhteydessä. Sopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määrällistä ostovelvoitetta.,
