Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Institute for Geoanthropology in Jena is procuring demolition and deconstruction works for two former clinics, ENT and urology, in preparation for surveying and continued planning. The buildings are to be largely gutted, removing floor coverings, some screeds, drywall and technical building services, while observing heritage protection requirements. Hazardous materials must be separated and disposed of according to occupational safety rules. Works are split into two lots, each with a completion period of 118 working days after the start instruction, expected by 02.11.2026. A mandatory site visit applies to both lots; details are in the bill of quantities. Bidders should account for possible supply constraints.
