Maunulan kirkon tekninen peruskorjausurakka Helsingin seurakuntayhtymä pyytää urakkatarjoustanne Maunulan kirkon teknisestä peruskorjausurakasta tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Rakennuttaja edellyttää, että urakoitsija on tutustunut rakennuspaikkaan ja siellä vallitseviin olosuhteisiin ennen tarjouksen antamista. Kohdekäynnistä on sovittava projektin johtajan, Matti Prihan kanssa (matti.priha@evl.fi). Tutustumiskäynti kohteeseen on edellytys tarjouksen tekemiselle. Tilaaja sulkee sellaisen tarjoajan, joka ei ole tutustunut ohjatusti kohteeseen, pois tarjouskilpailusta. Kohteen urakkalaskenta-aika on lokakuussa 2026, urakoitsijavalinta tehdään marraskuussa 2026 ja työt kohteessa toteutetaan alustavasti ajalla 01/2027-12/2027. Tarjoajia pyydetään varautumaan, että selonottoneuvottelu tullaan pitämään 5.11.2026 klo 10 Helsingin seurakuntayhtymän tiloissa, johon urakoitsijan on varauduttava tulemaan. Tarjousten vertailussa käytetään halvinta hintaa valintaperusteena koska oleelliset laatuun vaikuttavat seikat on huomioitu kattavasti hankinnan kohteen määrittelyssä sekä hankinnan vähimmäisvaatimuksissa. Rakennuskohde Maunulan kirkko on vuonna 1980 valmistu kaupunginosassa korttelissa 213, tontilla 1. Rakennuksen osoite on Metsäpurontie 15, 00630 Helsinki. Rakennuksen pinta-ala on 1314 brm2 ja tilavuus 6360m3. Rakennus käsittää kaksi kerrosta, joista suurin osa palvelee kirkon ja seurakunnan toimintaa. Rakennuksen itäpäädyssä toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi asuinhuoneistoa, jotka tässä urakassa poistetaan, ja tila muutetaan Oulunkylän seurakunnan toimisto- ja vastaanottotiloiksi. Kiinteistön omistaa Helsingin seurakuntayhtymä. Hanke on esitelty laajemmin korjaustyöselostuksessa.,
