Maskun kunnan talvikunnossapito Maskun kunta pyytää tarjoustanne Maskun kunnan liikennealueiden ja kiinteistöjen piha-alueiden talvikunnossapidosta talvikaudelle 2026-2027. Sopimuskausi alkaa heti sopimuksen allekirjoittamisen jälkeen ja päättyy huhtikuun 2027 loppuun. Urakka sisältää mm. lumen aurauksen, hiekoituksen (liukkauden torjunta) ja polanteen poiston urakka-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä ovat kartat kiinteistöjen piha-alueista ja liikennealueista, lukuun ottamatta Lemun ja Askaisten alueita, joista liikennealueet ovat luetteloina. Työsuorituksessa laskutus perustuu alueen kierroshintaan aurauksessa ja muissa töissä tuntihintaan tarjouslomakkeen mukaisesti, myös aurauksesta pyydetään tuntihinta. Liukkaudentorjunnassa käytettävän materiaalin hankkii urakoitsija. Hiekoitusmateriaalista annetaan hinta € / tonni. Takuumaksu maksetaan kuukausittain, vaikka aurattavaa ei olisi. Takuumaksu tarkoittaa sitä, että tilaaja maksaa 2 kpl kierroksia riippumatta siitä joudutaanko niitä tekemään vai ei. Jos kuukauden aikana kierroksia joudutaan tekemään enemmän kuin 2 kpl, ylimenevistä korvataan kierroshinnan mukaisesti. Urakoitsijalle maksetaan takuumaksuna kaksi kierrosta kuukaudessa, loka- ja huhtikuussa vain yksi kierros.,
