Description

Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Ce renouvellement est l'occasion, pour la collectivité : - d'effectuer un audit complet du précédent marché qui sera transmis au titulaire retenu ; - d'étudier tous les modes, outils, matériels, logiciels possibles pour faciliter la gestion du nettoiement ; - de définir les futures modalités du marché de nettoiement. Pour répondre à ces objectifs, la ville de Vernon souhaite s'adjoindre les compétences d'un cabinet spécialisé qui assurera une mission d'assistance technique, administrative, économique et juridique à la maîtrise d'ouvrage (mission AMO) tout au long du déroulement du processus, jusqu'à la fin de la première année d'exploitation. La durée d'exécution est approximative
