Description

Par la délibération du Conseil municipal du 20 mars 2026, la Ville de Vernon a décidé de déléguer sous la forme d'une concession globale le service public du stationnement payant sur voirie et hors voirie sur son territoire pour une durée de 8 ans. La présente consultation a pour objet de désigner le concessionnaire de service public qui exploitera ce service public. Le contrat envisagé est une convention de délégation de service public au sens de l'article L1411­1 du Code général des collectivités territoriales. La procédure de passation du contrat est celle des délégations de service public, définie aux articles L. 1411­1 et suivants du Code général des collectivités territoriales (CGCT), R.1411­1 et suivants du CGCT et R. 3121­1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique. La procédure utilisée est une procédure ouverte. Les candidats devront remettre de manière simultanée leur dossier de candidature ainsi que leur offre (Les pièces de la candidature et de l'offre seront néanmoins présentées dans des dossiers distincts), conformément aux modalités de remise décrites dans le règlement de la consultation
