Vehicle impoundment, removal and wreck destruction activities

The towns of Vernon and Saint-Marcel are procuring services for the impoundment of vehicles, the removal of vehicles and the destruction of wrecks. The framework agreement is governed by the provisions of articles L.325-1 and following of the French Highway Code, covering the removal and storage of impounded vehicles, and by articles L541-1 and following of the French Environmental Code, covering the removal and destruction of vehicles in a waste state. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders as services are needed, with all execution conditions set out in the agreement. The contract may be renewed under the conditions set out in the specifications, and services are paid at unit prices. The estimated amount is indicative and covers all renewal periods.
