- Forme du marché ( cf. art 2-3 du règlement de la consultation) Le marché est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono attributaire. Il est conclu sans montant minimum avec les montants maximum suivants sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre : - Lot 1 : Signalisation secteur 1 Pour la Communauté urbaine : il est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum de 2 600 000 euro(s) HT sur sa durée totale. Pour la ville du Havre : il est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum de 360 000 euro(s) HT sur sa durée totale. - Lot 2 : Signalisation secteurs 2 et 3 Le marché est conclu sans minimum et avec un maximum de 1 400 000 euro(s) HT sur sa durée totale. Les bons de commande pourront être émis jusqu'au dernier jour de validité de l'accord-cadre et pourront s'exécuter au-delà de la durée de validité de l'accord-cadre dans le respect du délai de livraison fixé dans le bon de commande. - Modalités d'attribution des lots ( cf. art 4-1-2 du règlement de la consultation)
